An Experience 100 Years In The Making To commemorate the North Carolina golf resort’s centennial, Tom Fazio again leant his talents to Pinehurst in 1996 by designing No. 8. Coalescing all of the elements that make golf at Pinehurst unmistakable into one 18-hole layout, Fazio fashioned a course that’s at once stunning and simple, and equal parts challenge and celebration. We are delighted you have an opportunity to win this Round of Golf for Four Players on Pinehurst No. 8. Advanced Tee Time is required and is based on availability. This certificate expires on October 1, 2024. In 2022, No. 8 underwent subtle aesthetic and agronomic renovations. Leaving the course architecture untouched, No. 8 now boasts TifEagle greens, fully restored bunkers with fresh sand, and improved drainage throughout the course. The result is a firmer, faster feel, the way Tom Fazio originally intended it. With the renovations comes a new logo with new flags, tees, and merch.
