Headlining the Pala Casino Main Stage will be multi-platinum American rock band REO Speedwagon along with Night Ranger and John Waite. -An assortment of wines • Valid for 2 people. • All sales are final and there will be no refunds. • If the show is cancelled due to covid-19, management will try and find another show suitable for the winner. If another show cannot be scheduled the auction winner will receive a full refund. • Guests must adhere to venues safety measures and protocols. • Tickets/experience cannot be resold, transferred or re-auctioned. Tickets/experience sold, otherwise transferred, or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at event. • Cannot be transferred only with management approval. • The winning bidder must personally utilize the awarded tickets and attend the event or experience with his/her invited guest(s). The winner’s name will be submitted along with his/her guest’s name for fulfillment. • Guests agree to be bound by the forgoing conditions, assuming all risks involved in attending the event and releases the show, REO Speedwagon, agents, and employees from all claims and liabilities for any injury or property damage incurred in the course of such activities. • Winner must be approved by charity and artist management before final payment will be accepted and the experience fulfilled. • No Refund/Replacement for Unused or Lost Tickets/experience. All sales are final. There are no refunds or replacements for unused or lost tickets/experiences, and there will be no entrance to the event without a ticket. All tickets must be used for the event and or experience specified on the date specified. • Unless otherwise stated, the location of the tickets will not be released until the winner picks up tickets for entrance into the event. • Exact ticket location and seating within that area is at the sole discretion of the artist management and the venue. Seat location will not be known in advance. • The winning bidder and his/her guest(s) will be held to a high standard of behavior. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior at any point in time during the experience will be cause for immediate removal from the event and may result in the winning bidder and his/her guest(s) being blocked from any further participation and/or being refused entry to future events. We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending the show.
